About This Role
As a Senior Financial Accountant will be mainly responsible for driving month-end closing procedures and balance sheet reconciliations across the APAC region. You will be expected to utilise your experience with managing statutory reporting and tax to ensure accurate records and reporting. This role will present the right challenges for someone looking to grow, as well as having the desire to coach and mentor others.
This role will be based in CAE Australiau2019s Head Office in Homebush, NSW.
The role we are offering you
- Manage month-end account for APAC
- Financial reporting back to Montreal HQ
- Assist in preparation of financial statement, tax and balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting process
Our ideal candidate has:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Career growth mindset
- Strong financial accounting experience
- Proven experience across Oracle, excel, power BI, hyperion or similar programs

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
