The Advanced Sensors product area of Raytheon’s Advanced Technology (AT)/Airborne Spectrum Dominance (ASD) business is seeking a motivated Program Controls Analyst (grade P4). The selected candidate will expand their experience while supporting critical inter-company (IOT) activities. This role requires collaboration with our internal partners, program managers as well as functional teammates. You will support all program controls processes to include Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements, submittal of IPMR, CFSR as well as participation in required internal reviews. In addition, you will be a participant on the effective implementation of proposals, gate reviews and consolidated program area financial reporting.
You must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction is required to ensure the team meets the bold demands of this business.
What You Will Do
- External Earned Value Management.
- Preparing and approving financial deliverables for internal and external reviews (EACs, Program Reviews, Customer SDRLs, Earned Value)..
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning using standardized processes, tools and reports. (APEX, PRISM, PMX).
- Supporting ad-hoc requests for program financial management.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Experience in Program Controls executing with EVMS.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
- Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW).
- Experience with Program Management (PMX) Tool Suite.
- Security Clearance - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Additional Information
- This position is grade P4, Manager, Program Cost Controls.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
