Interior Installation Technician I works under close supervision to remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interior components while adhering to company procedures, quality standards, and FAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove, install, and fabricate aircraft interior components such as galleys, closets, lavatories, bulkheads, doors, and panels
• Perform work according to work orders, specifications, and repair station procedures
• Coordinate with supervision and inspection teams to ensure FAA and internal compliance
• Use material tracking systems to manage parts demand, track squawks, and complete sign-offs
• Safely operate and maintain shop tools and equipment (hand tools, saws, sanders, brakes, etc.)
• Follow safety, PPE, 5S, and housekeeping standards
• Support aircraft certification, final phase testing, and potential flight test activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work any shift
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace or aviation industry experience
• Installation, fabrication, or related trade experience
• Trade school or technical training
