At F. LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture.

As part of our leadership team, you will lead by example, combining hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to ensure high-quality aircraft interior maintenance, repair, and installation activities.

As part of our team you will...

Lead and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on aircraft interior mechanical systems in full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Act as Team Lead for interior technicians, organizing daily tasks, assigning work, and ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
Utilize and oversee the correct use of digital documentation tools and CMMS to ensure accurate, compliant maintenance records.
Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to troubleshoot complex issues and guide technicians in effective problem resolution.
Work hands-on with aircraft interior components such as pocket doors, headliners, window shades, bulkheads, cabinets, and mechanical tables.
Coordinate and safely conduct lifting and installation tasks for cabin seats, monuments, and cabinets.
Serve as the primary technical interface with engineering, quality, and planning teams to support maintenance and modification activities.
Monitor quality standards, perform checks on completed work, and ensure adherence to internal procedures and aviation regulations.
Provide mentorship, on-the-job training, and technical guidance to junior technicians, fostering skill development and a culture of continuous improvement.
Support process improvements, best practices, and safety initiatives within the interior team.

Job Requirements:

Have proven experience as an aircraft interior technician, with strong mechanical and systems knowledge.
Have experience with corporate/luxury interior jets, such as Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Embraer, etc.
Bring previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience in an aviation or technical environment.
Have hands-on experience with interior components such as bulkheads, pocket doors, cabinets, headliners, window shades, and mechanical tables.
Can confidently read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Are physically capable of safely performing lifting and installation tasks as required.
Have a solid background in aviation maintenance, repair, or modification environments.
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
