You will support the Employee Initiatives & Communications team in the implementation of diverse, international projects with the following focal points:

• You coordinate international recruiting initiatives with various interfaces, actively search for and approach international specialists and develop solutions for adapting recruiting measures
• You are actively involved in the organization of international meetings
• You are responsible for reviewing and pre-selecting application documents and regularly coordinate these with the local recruiting managers
• You support current projects on various topics such as international recruiting, onboarding & integration, product development, etc. as well as other ad hoc tasks and spanet research

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
• Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources or similar
• You have very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word and ideally other Office applications
• You have preferably already gained some practical experience in the HR sector
• You speak fluent German and English and are keen to work in an international environment
