PTP Intern (m/f/diverse)

Job Description:

Looking to gain your first experience in finance? We’re searching for a motivated intern to join our LHX team at RTR Tower - a place where growth, collaboration, and learning come together.

At RTR, we support key financial processes such as invoice posting, intercompany accounting, period closing, fixed assets, and financial reconciliation.

Tasks

What Will You Do?

Support for PTP Accounting Processes

Process incoming invoices (mainly airport invoices) in line with Lufthansa Group policies
Support the settlement of payables
Handle payment reminders and e-mail communication with suppliers
Vendor management

Closing & Reporting

Support monthly activities
Dissolving monthly/yearly accruals

Process Support & Communication

Help update process documentation
Cooperate with customers and other departments in order to ensure a smooth process of payments

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Student of Finance, Accounting, or Economics (at least 2nd year of studies)
Good command of English (min. B2); German is a plus
Basic knowledge of MS Excel; SAP experience is an asset
Interest in accounting and willingness to learn
Accuracy, reliability, and engagement
Teamwork and communication skills
