Job Title: Customer Support Materials ExpeditorJob Description
The Expeditor is responsible for managing core returns (unserviceable parts) from customers and ensuring their receipt in the SAP system, following processes and in accordance with FAA regulations. This role acts as the main point of contact for documentation and/or parts, with a focus on providing improved quality acceptance of unserviceable parts. Additionally, the Expeditor will work directly with shipping carriers to monitor the arrival of cores.

Essential Skills- Experience with parts, SAP, quality inspection, logistics, and expediting materials
- Customer support expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and aerospace
- Supply chain and purchasing knowledge
- Planning capabilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School diploma required, bachelors degree in Quality Assurance or Supply Chain preferred
- 2 years of experience in distribution or a similar field through part-time or internship positions
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with multiple locations globally
- Preferred experience in Incoming Quality Inspection
- Aviation experience is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Pro-active, team-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset
