Job Description & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.1 year related hydraulic experience. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Position Purpose: Fabricate fluid transfer lines/tubing and/or hydraulic parts to support the next assembly areas. Ensure quality standards are maintained.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
1. Cut tubing to size per the engineering specifications. .
2. Bend tubing on the tube benders while maintaining specified blueprint tolerances. .
3. Setup and operate deburr machines to ensure proper finish. .
4. Operate Support computer system. .
5. Build hydraulic components and subassemblies from engineering blueprints. .
6. Operate identification producing equipment. .
7. Identify material per engineering specifications. .
Additional Functions:
1. Maintain a neat and orderly work area. .
2. Support company FOD program. .
3. Comply with company safety regulations. . Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
1. Must be able to read and interpret blue prints..
2. Must be skilled in close tolerance work and have knowledge of use of special tools and equipment. Must be able to use basic math..
3. Employee must attend and become proficient in the following software programs: or (proficient in all software related programs required to perform job functions) Catia V5, Smarteam, Solumina training..
4. Employee must obtain and become Q-stamp qualified within 6 months of signing acceptance letter. (Basic math and reading skills set forth by quality requirements).
