The Interior Project Manager oversees the planning, administration, and technical execution of all interior projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role serves as the primary customer liaison for interior projects, managing schedules, budgets, and project scopes to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to ensure the success of interior projects
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for all interior projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and project scopes are completed to meet customer expectations
• Actively manage both the customer’s and KACC’s budgets, schedules, and project programs while overseeing project communications, documentation, and team assignments
• Estimate costs, prepare bids, and develop comprehensive project plans
• Oversee all administrative and technical aspects of interior project execution to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate project efforts and review work progress with the Interior Manager and VP of Operations
• Implement quality control measures throughout all project phases
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds while complying with OSHA standards
• Physically capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting
• Ability to access and work in all areas of the aircraft, including confined spaces
• Comfortable working in extreme climatic conditions
• Regular use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), including earplugs, safety glasses, respirators, dust masks, and back belts for loads over 25 pounds
• Valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and successful completion of a drug screening, background check, and culture fit assessment
