Inventory / Material Assistant

Contract Position

This role is supporting the space systems division of one of our longest partners in our 28 years of staffing in Aerospace and Defense. This program builds satellites and spacecraft that do amazing things in space for government and commercial customers. You will be working with a team whose satellites give earlier warning of severe weather, connect troops on the battlefield, and deliver GPS directions to a billion people worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating and safety procedures to perform a variety of receiving, shipping, and stockroom functions that may include receiving material, counting and verifying material received.
• Pack materials for shipment, physically storing materials, picking materials from stock.
• Perform other receiving and stock-keeping functions, while being diligent to safeguard and prevent damage to all materials handled.

Qualifications:

• SAP and ASRS knowledge required.
• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance.
