We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. This position requires strong data analysis skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems to optimize inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and discrepancies in inventory records.
• Operate forklifts safely for the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
• Implement and maintain a warehouse management system for efficient tracking of inventory.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the buying and selling processes by providing timely data insights on inventory status.
• Generate reports using Power BI to present inventory metrics to management.

Experience

• Aerospace experience, planning & production control.
• Exp with SAP 4 HANA & SAP EWM
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including supply chain management principles.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
