Job Summary
STS Technical Services is seeking experienced electrical workers to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our Milwaukee-based facilities. As a Lead Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the installation of electrical components, ensuring quality and safety in all processes.
Responsibilities
- Install conduit, wiring, and electrical components according to engineering specifications.
- Properly care for, use, and store company-supplied tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering and quality control teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve quality issues, and work with management and coworkers to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and promote safe practices in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
- Proficient in conduit bending, wire installation and terminations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED.
