Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our team, specializing in the repair and overhaul of commercial aircraft parts and accessory systems. In this role, you will manage the receiving, inventory, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of repaired units to our airline customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive shipments and unbox parts.
- Verify and document parts, entering part codes into the inventory system.
- Receive packet requests from shops, pick, pack, and deliver parts on carts.
- Ensure accurate matching of units to documentation, including 8130 forms.
- Create packing slips and shipping labels for domestic and international shipments.
- Use ERP system to look up inventory and shipping logins to generate labels.
- Complete monthly cycle counts and organize the warehouse area.
- Move boxes around the warehouse, including handling forklift-only items.
- Ensure proper storage and documentation of shipping containers.
Essential Skills- Experience in shipping and receiving using computer-based ERP and label programs.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Eligible for FAA Safety Sensitive (10 panel UA) with no prior DOT violations.
- Ability to read detailed part numbers, instructions, and inventories in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Forklift experience (preferably with a Crown forklift).
- Experience in an aerospace/aviation repair or production/manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
Founded in 1993, our company is an FAA certified repair station specializing in flight deck transparencies and various aircraft components. The work environment is deliberate and detailed, with a fast-paced nature due to the high volume of units processed annually. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, plus Friday, with start times at 0530 or 0600. Attendance is crucial as missing time can impact the production schedule and team performance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
