ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represents ENA in a professional manner.
- Works in unison with IT, Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Quality and Finance departments.
- Helps develop and measure inventory levels and turns to meet budgeted targets and ensuring stock levels are held in the most efficient and effective way possible.
- Helps to plan and schedule product within capacity and customer agreed to delivery schedules.
- Ensures action and exceptions are enacted for delayed deliveries and any unforeseen holdups.
- Ensures that shop personnel receive clear guidance on priorities of work flow both visual and verbal.
- Develops plans and reports within ENA’s ERP system to clearly reflect activities both internal and external, supporting ongoing performance, meeting MOS requirements within ENA’s MRO environment.
- Works in conjunction with the Corporate MOS team, attending meetings, submitting reports and supporting any actions required.
- Notifies Quality Review Board and Engineering of any actions needed that may affect production requirements.
- Keeps the Operations Manager, Plant Manager and General Manager fully informed of any issues affecting throughput of parts, excess inventory, and capacity or scheduling conflicts.
- Ensures shipping and receiving activities keep pace with all requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be computer literate and posses a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to communicate with others orally and in writing.
- Have a qualifying degree and education related to the above duties and requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical publications.
- Working knowledge of shop operations, procedures and routings.
