Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience and expertise with precision measuring equipment, gages and hand tools to assure quality standards are maintained is preferred.
- 10+ years of working experience on CNC Mills and Lathes (CNC and Conventional).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices
- Experienced on machining of various metallic and composite materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and/or other drawings and meet inspection requirements in accordance with customer specifications.
- Uses intermediate shop mathematics including algebra and geometry to determine and check angles, radii, hole locations, accessibility, missing dimensions, interrelated dimensions, etc.
- Must be willing to work in a repetitive production environment with concern for meeting cost, quality and schedule requirements. The ability to work as a team player as well as independently is required.

• Withstand loud noise of a machine shop environment

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $46.00 - $48.00.
