Job Title: Manufacturing Planner

Location: Tulsa, OK
Type: Full-time/Contract (12 Months)

Pay: $32 - $40/hr

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Planner will play a critical role in the production process, coordinating closely with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to implement efficient fabrication, assembly, and installation plans. This position requires strong knowledge in developing tooling, interchangeability, replacement, and functional test plans. You’ll be responsible for defining process flows, creating text and graphic work instructions, managing manufacturing datasets, and overseeing tooling and manufacturing bills of material.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing plans and workflows in coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Create and optimize work instructions, including text and graphical elements, to ensure clear, efficient production steps.
Define manufacturing process sequences, manufacturing datasets, and tooling requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to influence and clarify design concepts.
Coordinate and incorporate engineering changes, optimizing production processes and resolving issues in both production and post-production stages.
Maintain configuration control over hardware within the manufacturing build plan.
Address producibility issues and implement process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet Metal, Systems, and Structures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar study with equivalent professional experience.
At least 2 years experience Manufacturing Planning preferably in Aerospace
Proficiency in SAP.
Advanced proficiency in Catia V5.
Experience with production coordination, tooling, and configuration control.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
