Responsibilities:
Material master data maintenance and setups for material master, picking rules for contracts, stock code, physical inventory, purchase info records, source list, yearly catalogue price conditions upload, inventory stratification, MRP, EDI.
Execution of physical inventory count in SAP.
Maintain SAP setup according to inventory planning strategies.
Analyze material consumption and purchasing trends.
Advise material stakeholders to execute for inventory optimization planning.
Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems.
Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
Preparing and generating weekly report of inventory status, stock requisition analysis, and forecasting.
Initiate / support LEAN activities and projects to continuously improve the business processes.
Analyze and interpret data for reporting purpose.
Monitor ERP inventory transactions.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned on time.
Requirement:
Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematic, Statistics or closely related field required.
Minimum 3 years working experience in SAP MM maintenance, material and inventory planning, purchasing or relevant supply chain experience preferably in aviation/manufacturing industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP. VBA skill is an advantage.
Strong analytical and able to work with mathematical concept.
