In the role of Material Clerk II youll play a pivotal part on our repairs team. This position is responsible for working in the FAA 145 Repair Station and will be responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, packaging, and shipping parts in a timely manner. Works in a team environment participating in continuous improvement activities.

This position contributes to our vision by:
• Requires experience in material handling
• Conducts routine tasks as directed
• Limited supervision position
• Works in receiving and perform necessary tasks to receive parts in timely manner
• Stocks parts in the appropriate locations after applying identification labels and fills back orders
• Kits parts from stockroom locations for variety of work orders.
• Performs part receipt and issue transactions in ERP System
• Accurately counts parts if assigned to the cycle count team and enters the cycle count results in ERP Sytem and investigates the variances.
• Packages parts for shipping process and perform shipping transactions
• Delivers parts to specified locations within the company premises
• Accurately counts parts if assigned to the cycle count team.
• Delivers parts to specified locations within the company premises
• Keeps assigned areas organized and clean
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• DATA entry
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
• Problem-solving, well-organized, detail oriented, and accurate.
• Must possess basic Math skills and be able to comprehend varying units of measure
• Must be able to train other personnel in a variety of tasks performed
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and take the initiative
• Basic understanding of repair processes
• Ability to read, comprehend written and process specification documents
