Job Overview:
We are looking for a Material Handler to support internal and external customer orders by moving materials and maintaining inventory. This is a 12-hour night shift role, from 5:50 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to deliver materials.
- Maintain and organize inventory of supply items, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support production teams by delivering materials using stock chaser vehicles.
- Process custom and stock materials, entering information into the SAP system.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in team meetings.
- Assist with routine preventive maintenance and other assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. and push/pull 100 lbs.
- Willingness to work a night shift and assist other shifts when needed.
- Forklift certification (training provided if necessary).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments.
