Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate landing gear components to locate any damage
- Read and interpret technical data and blueprints
- Utilize various measuring equipment both manual and digital
- Use of a computer or other electronic device to record data
- Follow instructions per the component maintenance manuals (CMM)
- Document work performed
- Maintain an organized workspace
- May occasionally be required to work overtime including evenings or weekends as necessary to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with calipers, bore gauges and micrometers
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous mechanical maintenance experience. (Preferred: Previous aircraft technician and landing gear experience will be considered first)
- High school diploma or an equivalent
- Proficient in the English language; writing, reading and speaking
Physical Requirements:
- This position is safety sensitive and adheres to DOT drug and alcohol regulations
- Must Successfully complete a comprehensive background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
