Product Repair / Mod Technician A

Contract Position
$26.58-$29.53/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, analyze, and repair used aircraft components to restore serviceability.
- Interpret assembly drawings, process specifications, and technical manuals to verify dimensions and clearances.
- Perform corrosion removal, blending, and damage repair on various helicopter components.
- Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure repairs meet factory specifications.
- Conduct hand finishing, stud/bushing replacements, insert installations, and minor machining.
- Work with Manufacturing and Liaison Engineers to resolve planning issues and clarify repair dispositions.
- Maintain Foreign Object Debris (FOD) awareness and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Mechanical skills or background required.
- Aviation repair experience preferred.
