Description:As an Administrative Representative at ATL, you will play a pivotal role in procuring materials and services to help the business meet its contractual and programmatic objectives. In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with engineers and program management to identify sources of supply, order products and services, and track them through timely receipt/delivery. The role includes support of special projects as required. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop strong professional relationships, and hone your organizational skills.

Job location can be either Cherry Hill NJ or Eagan MN.
This will be a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities/Opportunities of this role include:
• Gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging work environment, enhancing your administrative and coordination skills.
• Opportunity to work closely with executive leaders and research and development customers, providing a chance to develop strong professional relationships.
• Develop strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Improve your logistical management skills by coordinating ordering activity in alignment with program requirements
• Contribute to the ATLs mission by providing crucial administrative support, including purchasing office supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchasing activities using Corporate P Card consistent with policy requirements
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure purchases are made timely, delivered on schedule, to meet business commitments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interface, coordinate, and collaborate with other ATL administrative personnel.
• Exhibit a highly motivated, can-do approach.
• Ensure all work is accurate, complete, and properly handled.
• Utilize PC and standard desktop software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams) to access LM systems, compose correspondence, and update spreadsheets and presentation charts.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as required.
• Prepare check requests
• Follow-up with Vendors/P-Card Requestor for documentation
• Sourcing of parts due to availability/pricing with alternate vendors
• Notify requesters of delivery/estimated delivery dates.
• Support the CAMP+ process
• Perform additional special assignments as required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
