What are your contributions to the team?
• Establish strategies with the director in order to achieve the objectives of the supplier quality team
• Ensure the implementation of the management system integrating relevant daily and monthly indicators.
• Prepare and monitor master plans and monthly performance reviews
• Continuously participate in daily management meetings and be a strategic player in order to identify and achieve improvements for the business area.
• Act as the resource person for major projects
• Represent the supplier quality team and participate in various Supply Chain and production sites initiatives
• Support Leaders in establishing workforce strategies and monitoring workforce needs for management
• Support the director in developing change management strategies and support leaders in carrying out these changes
• Perform trend analysis to better identify areas or processes that need improvement, make recommendations and present the results to management
• Lead and facilitate problem resolution activities with the commodities or stakeholders and ensure knowledge transfer
• Provide support in project management, particularly for the development of detailed mandates and various presentations
• Design and update business processes
How to thrive in this role?
• You must have strong management skills.
• You have idealy experience in Aerospace and Quality.
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
• You have a university degree diploma or equivalent experience ;
• You have a very good knowledge of information management software: SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft PowerBI.
• You have knowledge of data management.
• You must have values and a vision wich conforms with the companys philosophy
• You are bilingual (french and english);
• You have good communication skills
