Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden and cardboard containers for packing.
- Assist with shipments and freight carriers.
- Check materials against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
- Label and stencil containers with shipping information.
- Follow specialized packaging and shipment instructions.
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping orders.
- Transport items within the facility using carts, cranes, forklifts, etc.
- Unload and receive incoming shipments.
- Ensure international shipments comply with regulations.
- Maintain shipping department manuals and instructions.
- Create barcodes and special markings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers).
- Knowledge of part handling guidelines and shipping equipment.
- Ability to follow continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm - $19/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
