- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.

- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Define standardized toolsets/playbook for proactive risk management, supplier diagnostics, sustainable supplier improvement and stakeholder engagement
Define overall supplier selection rationale for supplier development in conjunction with overall sourcing/procurement strategy
Execute diagnostics on supplier health and rate readiness with suppliers
Establish and execute supplier improvement plans in line with diagnostics findings to fix root cause/and or proactively manage risk
Cross functionally influence and generate accountability to fix issues through strong leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with significant experience in Supply Chain.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
