Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a problem solver, you will work closely with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy and material flow.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF guns for inventory control and fulfill work orders.
• Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to synchronize SAP and actual inventories.
• Perform cycle counting and manage material stock.
• Ensure materials are the person out for repair and sales orders.
• Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs.

• Strong computer skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle
• Proficiency in inventory control and data entry software
• High school diploma/GED
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations

• Physical dexterity
• Experience operating warehouse equipment

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
