What is the mission of our department?

We are recruiting Operations Assistants to join our Operations team for a temporary assignment. Our mission is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient flight operations that consistently exceed customer expectations. We prioritize operational excellence, teamwork, and innovation to deliver seamless travel experiences, optimize resource use, and support sustainable growth in a dynamic, global environment.

What will be your responsibilities?

Coordinate landing permissions, ground handling, slots, fuel, and other necessary services;
Assist in aircraft and crew scheduling, ensuring efficiency and adherence to duty and flight time limitations;
Prepare and update essential documentation and maintain internal databases;
Provide daily administrative and functional support;
Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity. Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported;
Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.
