Ramp and Supply Coordinator PT Overview:
The Ramp and Supply Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Manager of Airport Operations and is responsible for preparing for daily passenger loads; monitor supply chain management of Sun Country Airlines routable system supplies; distributing supplies and services to MSP and outstations.
Essential roles and responsibilities of a Ramp and Supply Coordinator PT:

- Prepare Company Materials (COMAT) for outstations and vendors utilizing internal SCA shipping services as well as outside shipping services
- Utilize company equipment such as printers to identify and supply terminal resources for Minneapolis Hub as well as all outstation airports
- Order, monitor and secure international documents for Minneapolis HIB as well at outstation terminal use
- Monitor and prepare supplies manually in the event of a system outage
- Prepare airway bills for international shipments to ensure customs compliance
- Ensure supply warehouse and inventory control is adequately stocked
- Maintain clean workspace in assigned, secured area
- Maintain compliance with Sun Country policies and procedures, as well as regulatory agencies
- Other duties as assigned
The qualifications we are looking for in a Ramp and Supply Coordinator PT include:
- Ability to anticipate needs of coworkers and business partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication verbal and written, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Microsoft office suite and familiarity with airline applications.
- Valid Drivers license
- Available to work varying shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations

This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, as well as dollies, and pallet jacks. The employee must stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus moving from aircraft to all parts of the airport.
