As an A&P Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, overhauling, upgrading, and cleaning aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, aircraft manufacturer recommendations, and company policies. Technicians at all levels maintain detailed records of work conducted, inspections performed, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Tasks: Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks, including engine runs, taxi operations, engine and flight control rigging, and troubleshooting aircraft systems.
- Documentation: Read and interpret technical data, make work order entries, and maintain detailed records.
- Supervision and Management: Depending on level, supervise and mentor junior technicians, manage multiple projects and crews, and communicate effectively with customers and senior leadership.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, and company procedures.
