Job Description
As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft, both passenger and cargo, in an outdoor line station environment. You will respond to customer maintenance calls, repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as needed, and sign off on airworthiness. The role involves working in teams of 3-4 mechanics under a lead mechanic. The highest flight volume supports an airline operating 747, 777, and 767 aircraft, with several other airlines supported with a few flights per day.
Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance on Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft.
- Respond to customer maintenance calls efficiently.
- Repair and replace interior parts, fluids, and components as required.
- Sign off on the airworthiness of aircraft.
- Work collaboratively in a team of 3-4 mechanics under a lead.
Essential Skills
- A&P license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, school experience is acceptable.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair.
- Proficiency in maintenance for Boeing 747, 767, and 777.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of recent experience on 747/777/767 is highly preferred.
- General Familiarization training on 747-400, 747-8, or 767 preferred.
- Must own basic tools, though a complete list is not necessary.

Work Environment
The position involves working 10-hour shifts with three available schedules: 6am - 4pm, 12pm - 10pm, and 9pm - 7am. Most maintenance activities occur between 12pm and 4pm, leading to shift overlap. New hires typically train on the morning or afternoon shift for maximum maintenance exposure. All line maintenance is performed outside, occasionally requiring work at significant heights, especially when repairing parts on the tail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $98000.00/yr.
Benefits: The current, standard company health, life, disability, and dental insurance coverage are generally supplied per company policy.
Eligibility for other benefits, including the 401 (k) plan, generally takes place per company policy. Employee contribution to payment for benefits plans is determined annually.
Eligibility for health benefits is on the 1st of the month following sixty (60) days of employment.
