Job Title: A&P MechanicJob Description
Join a leading MRO in aircraft line maintenance engineering, recognized for its advanced repair capabilities, extensive line station network, and vast approvals for all current and next-generation aircraft including B787 and A350. We emphasize technical training, uncompromising quality controls, and continuous improvement principles to deliver innovative technical services to commercial aircraft operators.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble aircraft parts, including wings, fuselage, and landing gear, following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Clean, inspect, and make repairs as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assemblies.
- Perform A-Checks on Boeing aircraft.
Essential Skills- 4+ years experience on Boeing aircraft.
- Proficiency in maintenance repair, aircraft, airframe, line maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and heavy maintenance.
- Experience with Boeing or Airbus aircraft is highly desirable.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must have own tools (list will be provided upon request).
- Must be open to shift work, including days and nights.
- Ability to work 3 12-hour shifts followed by one 6-hour shift in a 24-hour operation.

Work Environment
Work is performed at Miami International Airport hangar. Shifts include days and nights from 6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm. First 3 days of the shift are 12 hours each, followed by a 6-hour shift on the fourth day. Available shifts are Wed-Sat and Sun-Wed.
