STS Line Maintenance, one of the largest line maintenance providers in the U.S., is seeking highly motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our expanding Milwaukee (MKE) station. As an A&P Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of customer aircraft by performing essential maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Line Maintenance Station Manager, Station Leads, and collaborate with airlines, flight crews, and Aircraft Maintenance Controllers.
- Perform inspections, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on Commercial and Large Regional aircraft airframes and engines using specialized tools and equipment.
- Ensure that aircraft meet airworthiness standards according to FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
- Analyze test results, repair or replace defective components, and follow technical documentation like maintenance manuals, schematics, and handbooks.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety, working in outdoor environments and inclement weather, as required.
- Perform maintenance on various aircraft, including Airbus A320, CRJ, and Embraer 170.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior infractions is required.
- A&P experience with turbine-powered aircraft is highly desirable.
- Experience with Airbus A320, Boeing 737, 757, 767, Embraer 170/190, CRJ 200/700/900 is strongly preferred.
- Must possess a standard set of line maintenance tools (specialized tools provided).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to pass background checks, drug/alcohol tests, and obtain customs/border patrol clearance.
- Basic to mid-level computer skills and organizational skills are required.
- Prior experience in an FAA Part 145 repair station or Part 135 environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on aircraft.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Rate of Pay:
- Starting pay is $32 – $40 per hour, based on experience.
- Yearly raises are available based on performance evaluations.
