Job Description

Ensure maintenance activities are accomplished in accordance with the policies and procedures contained in the MCM, MPM, DPDs, aircraft and component maintenance manuals and Transport Canada requirements. Maintain an AME – M2 license and acquire and maintain Airport Security Clearance, AVOP, Passport, and full Class ‘5’ Driver’s License.

After 3 months of service, comprehensive group benefits are offered that include medical and dental. The company also provides a retirement savings plan and a deferred profit sharing plan. Employees have the potential to earn up to a 6 performance bonus yearly. Relocation package is offered for out of province candidates.

Work Environment

The work environment involves line maintenance, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is a unionized culture with a team size of 3-4 current mechanics. No leads are on site. The dress code includes a uniform provided by the client, with a cost deduction if the candidate leaves within the first year. The hours/shifts are 5/5/4 schedule, with potential rotation between days and overnight (12-hour shifts) from 5AM to 5PM or 3PM to 3AM.

The pay range for this position is $91062.40 - $121596.80/yr.
