Aircraft Mechanic - NJ

• Citation CJ-II Excel 560, XLS and X 680/680A / 700
• Embraer Phenom 300
• Falcon 50, 900
• Gulfstream 200, 400, 450, 500, 550
• Hawker-Beechcraft 400, 800, 1000
• Learjets 40, 45, 60, 70, 75

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must hold a current Airframe Powerplant Certificate.
• Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with co-workers and customers.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft products.
• Must be able to input and retrieve information from computers.
• Determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning/damaged components.
• Be able to effectively read, interpret, and solve aircraft discrepancies using maintenance manuals, wiring manuals, and illustrated parts catalogs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with training certificates.
• High school diploma or GED required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time while performing repairs in confined spaces.
• Able to travel to locations, in all weather conditions, to perform repairs.
• Must be able to perform repairs effectively and quickly in short notice during high-pressure situations.
• Have a positive and professional image.
• Must have tools of the trade.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and ground equipment.
• Be able to routinely lift 75 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop in confined spaces.
• Willing to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 ft in the air) using fall protection safety gear.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and noise levels.
