We are seeking a dedicated Blade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance and repair on helicopter blades, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are met. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with mechanical tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Repair helicopter blades with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Complete sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance tasks.
- Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Essential Skills- Experience with blueprint reading and mechanical repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and production equipment.
- Strong quality control and maintenance technician skills.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2-year technical degree desired.
- Interest, experience, and training in aviation.
- Drafting and blueprint interpretation skills.
