Job Title: Aircraft Structural Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in a high-paced, challenging environment where you will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational improvements in the construction of mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Complete work order operations, quality buyoffs, and issuing hardware.
- Build mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies.
- Perform functional qualification testing and harness routing between kit assemblies.
- Proficiently use various mechanical tools.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and install fluid and electromechanical components from a schematic or drawing.
- Work closely with engineers and leadership to drive task times down and ease of repeatability.
- Rapidly change roles and responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
- Play a critical role in coordinated vehicle movements and integrated pressurized ground operations.
Essential Skills
- Experience in a startup development environment.
- Experience working in a flight development program.
- Experience transitioning parts/assemblies from the first article to production.
- Ability to perform tasks such as drilling, riveting, upsizing of holes, and bucking solid rivets.

Work Environment
Work in a partially climate-controlled environment that can be hot in summer but is equipped with big fans. Tools are provided, and the atmosphere is very collaborative
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Chamblee, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $39.00/hr.
