Aircraft Structure Mechanic

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Structural Mechanic to work on F-18 program modifications, including the block 3 modifications, which are integral to upgrading these aircraft to 5th generation fighters for the U.S. Navy.
  • Perform depot-level and heavy checks on aircraft
  • Execute equipment overhauls and modifications
  • Work with structural and sheet-metal modifications
  • Address corrosion issues
  • Install high locks and other structural components

Pay:

• $30-$40
• Based on experience
• Per diem available for non-local candidates.

Shift:

• Varies between 1st and 2nd shift
• Flexibility is required

Additional Details:

• 1 year contract to hire, looking for long-term employees.
• No license required
• No tools required
• Hangar environment, non-climate controlled
