Job Title: Aircraft Technician
Job DescriptionThe Airframe Technician, with limited supervision, assists with testing, adjusting, and repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe systems and components on all models of Learjet business jets. The technician performs maintenance in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturers specifications, approved procedures, and customer specifications. Additionally, the technician prepares and completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner. You will be working on business jets such as Bombardier, Falcons, Textron, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist with testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe systems and components on Learjet business jets.
- Perform maintenance tasks according to manufacturer’s specifications and approved procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Prepare and complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Skills- Two years of relevant aircraft/business jet maintenance experience.
- A&P License.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance and technician roles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with phase maintenance.
- Experience with general aviation (GA) or commercial aircraft maintenance.

Work Environment
Work in a clean hangar environment. All candidates will train on the first shift. While overtime is not extensive, some is available once you are up and running. Candidates need to be flexible on shifts, but scheduling will accommodate what works best for them. Shift options include: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, 3rd Shift and Weekend Shift: 3x12s or Weekend Shift 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Weekend & 3rd Shift 4:00 PM - 6:30 AM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00
