Job Description

The Aircraft Technician assists with testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe systems and components on various airframes, ensuring a safe and clean work environment. This position also involves preparing and completing documentation in a timely manner, performing high-quality inspections, servicing, and maintenance using proper hand tools with no rework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing, adjusting, and repairing airframe systems and components.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, function testing, and repair of aircraft systems and components.
• Prepare and complete documentation as required by company policy and FAA regulations.
• Perform maintenance on Business Jets including Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon.
• Order general aircraft parts as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the company work order system.

• 4+ years of military experience if no A&P license
• A&P license straight from school
• Experience with A&P license
• 1-2 years of experience with structures if no A&P license
• Corporate or business jet experience preferred
• Sheet metal experience

Work Environment

The work environment includes working inside a temperature-controlled hanger with heated floors in the winter. Shifts available include 1st shift (6:00am - 4:00pm Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:00pm - 12:00am Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday), and a weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, working three 12-hour shifts with a 10 shift differential).
