Airframe Maintenance Supplier Operations (ASO) is seeking Project Planner who will serve in a high-profile fast paced role working closely with Maintenance Repair Operations (MROs), Base Maintenance operation and other business units to establish optimized visit plans using data driven project management tools and incorporating operational guidance from ASO teams. The Project Planner will also be responsible for tracking the progression of the maintenance visit by providing the ultimate 24 hr. set up including workable task assignments for Airframe Maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop optimized project plans in collaboration with operational SMEs and ASO team using MS Project
  • Support Airframe Maintenance in developing next 24 hour plan down to the task and shift level that maintains project adherence for ASO.
  • Provide daily project status updates to team and leadership.
  • Partner with support groups to ensure resource availability.

The minimum starting hourly rate for this

position is $ 56.25 with a potential maximum

hourly rate of $56.25. The ability to reach the

maximum hourly rate is dependent upon several

other offered premiums (Examples would include

but not limited to - Airframe and Powerplant

license, Shift differential, Station location

differential, Line Maintenance differential, Skill

differential).

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a project management experience
  • Significant knowledge of continuous improvement/process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma, etc.) desired
  • Strong business acumen to oversee all aspects of project management processes
  • High proficiency in written and oral communications to effectively deliver messages to leaders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office and Project skills highly preferred or the ability to quickly build skills to leverage tools
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and cross-cultural skills, able to work cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
  • Must have valid drivers license  Must pass a background check including a government required fingerprint-based criminal history records check Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and thereafter submit to DOT mandated random drug and alcohol testing 
  • Must read, write, speak, and understand English  (If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
