What the position is:The Apprentice I Technician Program allows technicians to gain practical on-the-job experience over the course of 30 months until they meet the necessary certification requirements for a Certificated Technician. CommuteAir will pay for your initial attempt at Airframe and Powerplant Licensing at the end of the program. While preferred, this position does not require any previous aviation maintenance experience or an A&P license. The Apprentice I Technician will work under the supervision of a Certificated Technician on various aircraft maintenance tasks while enrolled in the program.
