As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the Aerospace (AERO) business unit. You will be accountable for assembling components and products according to specifications, performing quality checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of the assembly line. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and youll work out of our Urbana, OH location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes by ensuring the accurate and timely assembly of products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Work with team members to improve processes and productivity

YOU MUST HAVE
- Basic knowledge of assembly techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
WE VALUE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
