Position Summary
Assembles machines, equipment, and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assembles swing arms for units.
- Electrical testing of all units.
- Completes assembly of cabinet.
- Tests or assists in testing completed product.
- Works in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.
- Follows established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods applicable to the work area.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools such as tape measure, wrenches, drills, etc.
- Basic knowledge of power tools such as drill press, meters, cranes, and hydraulic tools.
- Ability to read from a schematic.
Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
