PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Aviation Technician in Carson, CA.

Job Title: Aviation Technician
Job Type: Full time; temp-to-hire
Schedule: Onsite;
Pay: $21.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance/alterations per FAA and manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct various stages of inspection (preliminary, in-process, final).
Provide progress updates and maintain organized, clean workspaces.
Read and interpret schematics, work instructions, and technical documents.
Support continuous improvement activities and safety standards.
Train team members and assist other operations as needed.

Requirements:

Basic math and manufacturing process knowledge.
Proficiency in reading schematics and using ERP systems.
FAA-required training completed.

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
