Job Title: Line Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionThe Line Maintenance Technician will perform post-lease inspections, including visual inspections, inventory of engine parts, and installation of parts to upgrade engines. Responsibilities also include detailed measurements using borescope, engine disassembly and assembly, maintenance, inspections, repair, and service. The role requires knowledge of gas turbine engine hardware, line maintenance, and flight line operations. Technicians must interpret technical drawings, work from maintenance manuals, and use measuring instruments to check dimensions. Effective communication with managers, field representatives, and airline mechanics is essential. The technician will complete and maintain records for all maintenance performed in accordance with FAA or other regulatory agency procedures, resolve customer in-service issues, and develop internal service center procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
Hard Skills
- Experience with GTF (gear turbo fan) engines
- Experience with V2500 and PW4000 engines or other commercial engines
- Knowledge of gas turbine engine hardware
- Borescope inspection
- Engine disassembly and assembly
- Technical drawing interpretation
- Maintenance manual operation

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Irving, Texas.
Work Environment
Engine MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) environment. Flexible 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6am or 7am.
