What are your contributions to the team?
- You will work to ensure the continuity of operations of CNC equipment, conventional machines, chemical treatment lines and facilities, as well as the installation of services in new projects, transfers and changes.
- You will guarantee that maintenance activities on the machining center equipment (preventive, corrective, predictive, planned, autonomous) on the equipment, buildings and related services are executed on time and properly.
- You will manage the deployment and standardization of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.
- You will facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to buildings and equipment found in them.
- You will ensure that the installations, modifications and changes necessary for the development of new projects are conducted in the assigned buildings.
- You will contribute to the reduction of waste in production processes.
- You will manage services to execute assigned maintenance and installations with external suppliers.
- You will solve equipment and service operation problems based on experience, guidelines, policies and established processes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- You have a minimum of 2- 5 years of experience within the cnc maintenance.
- Extensive knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment. (Mechanical inspection tests, ball bar).
- You have an intermediate level of English.
- You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, manufacturing processes.
- Have taken part in continuous improvement systems and be expert indicators such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF.
