Document work performed per appropriate manuals including, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Structure Repair Manual (SRM), Engineering Drawings (EO’s) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)
Inspect/repair parts as required.
Assist in performing minor structural repairs on composite components detached or attached to aircraft including, but not limited to flight controls, doors, wing tips, engine inlet and cowlings, stabilizers, radomes, aft stingers, and horizontal to vertical stabilizer close-out fairings at on-site or off-site locations.
Perform composite-related repair tasks in accordance with approved/accepted data consisting of, but not limited to the restoration of aramid, fiberglass, and carbon and aluminum mesh fabrics.
Complete assigned tasks within allocated man-hours on schedule
Perform vacuum bagging.
Prepare all requirements for repairs according to approved/accepted data.
Operate a broad variety of hand/power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
2 years of composite repair / modification experience
Airframe License Preferred but not mandatory
Mon-Fri 8 hour shift
