Director of Maintenance for 14 CFR Part 135 Air Carrier fixed and rotary wing tour company.  This is a Part 119 position and the applicant must meet those requirements.  The ideal candidate will have fixed wing piston and turbine experience as well as turbine helicopter experience.  Must have IA or the ability to get credentialed in the first 12 months.  The company has a large 15,000 sf heated/cooled hanger facility and offices, as well as a staffed parts room in the Page facility, and a 3,000 sf hanger in Cottonwood Arizona.  The company is looking to expand to other locations, and currently has 2 Part 135 certificates.  The salary includes benefits, relocation allowance, housing assistance, and paid training for continuing education, industry conferences, and additional credentialing.  The company will conduct outside maintenance for transient and external customers as well.  Interest in an MRO is also an option.

Assume the Part 119 position of Director of Maintenance and reside at the Principal Base of Maintenance in Page Arizona.  The company has other locations that include Sedona/Cottonwood Arizona.  Possible expansion to Las Vegas Nevada in the next 6-12 months.  The DOM will be required to travel to other locations when needed.  Additionally, the DOM will be required to manage the maintenance staff, some administrative staff, and the company's Fixed Base Operations in Page.  The FBO will also be expanding to other locations.  The PBM falls in the LAS FSDO area.  The DOM will be required to attend executive meetings, conduct training, and have the ability to manage a parts facility, a large hanger facility, fuel farm, and other duties as assigned with little to no supervision.  Must be able to manage outside maintenance activities, including the possibly acquisition of an MRO.
