Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10 Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. An Electrical Assembler assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery. Assembles parts using fasteners in the build-up of electronic assemblies. Verifies results to ensure conformance with requirements and performs rework as needed. Performs electronic assembly operations such as wire termination, and installation of wire harness, solder, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components.


Job Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Some Computer skills require.
  • Interpret assembly instructions.
  • Listen to directions from supervisors.
  • Determine if all parts are present.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
  • Read parts list.
  • Assemble tools and materials.
  • Positions parts and subassemblies.
  • Interpret measurements.
  • Verify specifications.
  • Assemble components.
  • Ensure all parts are fitted and screwed in properly.
  • Alter dimensions to fit specifications.
  • Resolve assembly and production issues.
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  • Ensure working environment is clean and safe.
  • Report errors in product line or system recording.
  • Complete quality product and move from operation in the system.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41024 - $65639

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
