Electromechanical AssemblerJob Description
Assemble UAVs for DOD customers. We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team and contribute to the production of cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform electrical wiring and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
- Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.
Essential Skills- 3 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid US passport.
- Ability to travel up to 20.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.

Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse/production environment where assemblers will have workstations. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Safety protocols and company guidelines must be followed to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, Virginia.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
